At the beginning of Moodtalk, you set up the organization together with our customer service and create an initial teamwork map to get an initial overview of how collaboration works in the organization. Customer Service will support you with the necessary guidance for the further rollout throughout the organization so that the Teamwork Assistant can evaluate the status quo of collaboration through targeted checks.

The size of the organization or organizational unit, i.e. the number of employees, and the selected modules are the guidelines for calculating the price. We calculate together how the Teamwork Assistant will be used and can thus work out the right package for the size of your organization. Scaling effects occur for the Teamwork Assistant in larger organizations.

All teams and employees in the organization are recorded in Moodtalk in order to obtain an overview of which teams exist and how they work together in the Teamwork Map. The project management can decide which teams receive regular checks from the Teamwork Assistant and receive targeted support to improve collaboration.
