We use your feedback from the teamwork assessment to create an anonymised overview of how teamwork functions within your team and across other teams. Based on this, we develop a team charter that outlines key teamwork principles.
All of your answers will only be visible to you, privately, within your personal profile.
I find it really frustrating when people take 2 days to respond to a simple email request from me.
Your answers are then aggregated using AI and anonymised so that your privacy is respected. Those anonymised comments are then visible in the team to provide feedback on workplace improvements.
