Rollout-Meeting

Explanation: In this meeting, we’ll plan the rollout process together. We'll define the timeline for the implementation and create a project plan with key milestones.

Step 2

Team Assignment

Responsible: Project Lead

Explanation: To optimally set up Moodtalk, we need information about your team structure and collaboration methods. Please provide us with an overview showing how your teams are organized and who works with whom.

Step 3

Sending Internal Communication

Responsible: Project Lead

Explanation: At this point, all employees will be informed that Moodtalk is being introduced and when it will begin. For inspiration, check out the "Documents" section for best practice communication templates.

Step 4

Informing Team Leads

Responsible: Teamwork Assistant

Explanation: Team leads are notified that their team has been created and that they can review and adjust the teams if needed.

Step 5

Sending the First Check via Teamwork

Responsible: Teamwork Assistant

Now the Teamwork Assistant kicks off! It sends the first check (questions) to employees. Within a few days, this will be completed and you'll receive an overview of your organization.

Teameinteilung

Erklärung zu diesem Schritt: Damit wir Moodtalk optimal aufsetzen können,  benötigen wir Informationen zur Teamstruktur und Zusammenarbeit. Bitte stellt uns eine Übersicht zur Verfügung, die zeigt, wie eure Teams organisiert sind und, wer mit wem zusammenarbeitet.

Schritt 3

Versand der internen Kommunikation

Verantwortlich: Projekt Lead

Erklärung zu diesem Schritt: Zu diesem Zeitpunkt werden alle Mitarbeiter*innen darüber informiert, dass Moodtalk eingeführt wird und, ab wann es losgeht. Als Inspriation kannst du dir unter dem Abschnitt „Dokumente“ Best Practice Kommunikationsvorlagen anschauen und herunterladen.

Wichtig: Bei der Kommunikation an alle Mitarbeitenden sollte erwähnt werden, dass alle interessierten Personen die Möglichkeit haben, an einer kostenlosen einstündigen Einführung zu Moodtalk (online) teilzunehmen:

Schritt 4

Information der Teamleads

Verantwortlich: Teamwork Assistent

Erklärung zu diesem Schritt: Die Teamleads werden benachrichtigt, dass ihr Team erstellt wurde und, dass sie die Möglichkeit haben, ihre Teams zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls Anpassungen vorzunehmen.

Schritt 5

Versand des ersten Checks via Teamwork

Verantwortlich: Teamwork Assistent

Nun startet der Teamwork Assistent! Er sendet den ersten Check (Fragen) an die Mitarbeitenden. Nach wenigen Tagen ist dieser abgeschlossen und ihr erhält einen Überblick über eure Organisation.

How long does the rollout typically take?

The duration of the rollout depends on the size of the company. While the technical onboarding is usually completed within a few hours, most of the time is spent on internal communication and coordination.

At the start of the rollout, you’ll work with your Moodtalk Customer Success Expert to create a project plan that defines all steps and the timeline.

Who can I contact if I have questions?

Every company is assigned a Customer Success Expert who supports you during the rollout and usage. You can contact your assigned person directly at any time or send an email tosupport@moodtalk.ch.

Should all teams start at the same time, or can each team decide for itself?

We recommend that all teams start at the same time. This simplifies communication and planning. It also allows for consistent evaluation across the company since all teams are surveyed on the same date. This ensures completeness and meaningful results.
